That this House regrets the delay in informing the National Assembly of Wales about the release of genetically-modified oil seed rape seed; believes this shows contempt for a body established by this House to deliver environmental protection in Wales; and calls for the National Assembly to be considered a full partner in all United Kingdon and European discussions on genetically-modified agriculture.
