Line 1, leave out from 'House' to end and add 'regrets the nationalist extremism of the Labour Party in refusing to allow the Saltire, the flag of Scotland, to fly over the Scottish Parliament' and notes, with a single exception, the total failure of Scottish Labour Members of Parliament to attend the 'Save the Regiments' rally in Dundee on Saturday 23rd October, in dramatic contrast to the turnout of Scottish National Party (SNP) Members of Parliament, who were on parade to support our soldiers.'
