That this House notes that support for Scottish independence is rising, with the latest TNS System Three poll finding 38 per cent. of people in Scotland in favour; further notes that the same poll shows a decline in support for the Union and that the poll was conducted during the Scottish Parliament's Budget process; and considers that the poll shows that the argument for economic and financial powers for Scotland's Parliament is being won.
