Big Lottery Grant Success

That this House congratulates Circle on securing £489,070 of funding through Big Lottery Fund's Investing In Communities grant; recognises that the Investing In Communities programme focuses on tackling disadvantage and addressing inequalities for people, families and communities in greatest need; commends Circle for the work it does at the heart of Central Scotland's most deprived communities to improve the lives of the most disadvantaged and difficult-to-engage children and families; and understands Circle will be using this grant to support women given non-custodial sentences and will work in conjunction on this project with Addictions Support and Counselling to focus on whole-family and addictions support.
