That this House congratulates HomeAid West Lothian in Bathgate which provides support to those in the community facing economic and social exclusion; commends it on providing this type of service since 1984; recognises that it provides essential furniture and white goods for people who have been homeless or are on low incomes and are taking up new tenancies; notes that it also provides employment, training and volunteering opportunities; and further commends it on diverting 320 tonnes of reusable goods which would have otherwise ended up in landfill.
