That this House congratulates Ayrshire Council on Alcohol on gaining an award of £9,952 from Awards for All Scotland; acknowledges the value of providing a library and a quiet area for reflection for the people who use its service; recognises the importance of free, confidential services for people who are concerned about their drinking or are affected by someone else's drinking; and commends the Big Lottery Fund Scotland for its role in giving groups a chance to bring local people together, help people learn, improve local spaces and get people more active.
