Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that the United Nations Security Council has called for the withdrawal of troops present in Cyprus otherwise than under the authority of international agreements, specifically referring to Greek troops; notes that Turkish troops are lawfully present in Cyprus under the 1960 Treaty of Guarantee; calls upon Turkey to continue its protection of the Turkish Cypriots for as long as may be necessary; and considers the most serious obstacle to progress towards an agreed settlement to be the failure of the international community to treat the two people of Cyprus as political equals.'.
