That this House urges that the Synod of the Church of England, in the event of a case coming before the High Court contesting the legality of the decision of Synod on the ordination of men remarried after divorce, would not seek to recover costs from the plaintiffs, nor proceed further by way of appeal should the decision of the court be against it at first instance.
