Leave out from 'Torbay' to end and add 'and thanks them for their co-operation; and further wishes to congratulate the Mayor of Torbay, Councillor Mrs Salloway, the management and staff of the English Riviera Centre, Torquay, the Chief Constable and officers of the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, Torquay hoteliers and Torquay residents for the warm and efficient welcome they gave the National Young Conservative Annual Conference which has proved one of the most successful on record and which they have already indicated they would like to hold in Torbay again in the future.'.
