That this House notes with utter disgust the actions of the Scottish National Party on Cumbernauld and Kilsyth District Council in determining a budget and fixing a poll tax to be levied on the people of that community while all the Scottish National Party councillors have themselves refused to pay the poll tax; finds their action morally indefensible and a perversion of the principle of no taxation without representation; and calls on the Scottish National Party to dissociate itself from the Scottish National Party in Cumbernauld and Kilsyth.
