Bombing Of Civilians In Iraq

EDM number 426 in 1990-91, proposed by Tony Benn on 06/02/1991.

That this House unreservedly condemns the wanton and brutal bombing of civilian targets in Iraq, now also being carried out from airfields in Britain, which is causing death and injury amongst thousands of completely innocent men, women and children, and is threatening to destroy a whole nation and the environment of the region; and demands an immediate ceasefire and peace conference designed to implement all the United Nations' Resolutions on the Middle East.

This motion has been signed by a total of 21 MPs.
