UK Airports And The Advertising Of Blood Sports
EDM number 530 in 1991-92, proposed by Terry Lewis on 21/01/1992.
That this House urges the operators of UK airports to refuse all advertisements which depict blood sports as an attractive feature of holidays abroad; hopes, particularly, that pictures of bullfighting, which have disfigured airport poster sites in recent summer seasons will no longer be accepted; and calls upon the travelling public, whenever possible, to choose not to use airports which continue to encourage cruelty to animals.
