EDM number 669 in 1991-92, proposed by Paul Flynn on 13/02/1992.
That this House condemns the craven and foolish decision of British Transport Advertising to ban the modest BMA anti-smoking advertisement while allowing the tobacco industry to lavishly advertise their deadly products; calls on the Government to support European Standing Committee B's decision; and calls for the introduction of a ban on tobacco advertising.
