Contribution To Conservative Party Funds (2)

EDM number 818 in 1991-92, proposed by Peter Hain on 05/03/1992.

That this House believes Asil Nadir, former Chairman of Polly Peck, when he says that he did disclose to the Conservative Party that his donations of ú440,000 were not being revealed in company accounts; believes that the Conservative Party therefore knew that the donations involved a criminal offence; and repeats its call for the Prime Minister to order the immediate return of the donations.

This motion has been signed by a total of 30 MPs.
