leave from 'House' to end and add 'notes that many Labour honourable Members have previously supported motions requesting the United States not to interfere in the socialist experiment in Cuba; finds the suggestion that the United States capitalist system could help to solve shortages and failures caused by the ruthless, corrupt socialist dictatorship in Cuba inconsistent with the previously expressed views of many Labour honourable Members; and believes that all honourable Members who have genuine concern for the children and people of Cuba should campaign for the peaceful overthrow of the present socialist dictatorship by a free and democratic vote in United Nations-supervised elections.'.
