leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that there this a considerable body of evidence which disproves the existence of a greenhouse effect; believes that an EC tax increase is the last thing the United Kingdom or Europe needs as they fight to pull themselves out of the recession; notes that the carbon-tax is a trojan horse designed to establish the principle of separate EC taxes; and urges the Government to remain in splendid isolation on this issue.
