leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recognises that the British Road Federation has proposed a re-routing of the southern section of the proposed East London River Crossing in order to diffuse opposition to the East London River Crossing based on the threat to Oxleas Wood in the Woolwich constituency, but believes that the British Road Federation proposal would inflict enormous environmental damage upon Thamesmead, Woolwich, Abbeywood, Plumstead, Belvedere, Erith and Bexleyheath and should be vigorously opposed.'.
