Democracy For Scotland

That this House, mindful of the result of the General Election in Scotland, when 75 per cent. of Scots voters supported parties committed to establishing a Scottish Parliament, calls upon Her Majesty's Government to conduct a multi-choice referendum on the future governance of Scotland.
