That this House notes the idiosyncratic attitude of Alan Clark which revealed the truth in court of a concerted attempt to encourage arms exports to Iraq and subsequently to prevent the use of documents which would reveal this calculated attempt to allow innocent victims to face possible imprisonment as the price of hiding the squalid policies of a discredited government.
