Leeds And Wigan Rugby League Teams

That this House congratulates Leeds and Wigan Rugby League teams on their splendid performances in the Cup Final on Saturday 30th April; and is delighted that once more the Rugby League code has demonstrated to all other sports what crowd behaviour should be, in that their impeccable conduct in a capacity crowd warranted no arrests.
