leave out from `House' to end and add `welcomes the steps taken by the DSS to find ways of replying to correspondence from honourable Members more quickly, and at reasonable cost, by piloting a scheme of centralised correspondence; notes that the pilot scheme will be carefully monitored and evaluated; and further notes that Ministers will continue to approve and sign personally all replies sent to honourable Members of Parliament.'.
