That this House congratulates the United Kingdom National Breast Cancer Coalition for organising the launch of a major new initiative on 31st October, the last day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month; notes that the three aims of the initiative are that all women should have access to state-of-the-art treatment; that there should be improved funding for research into the causes of breast cancer and that it should be the right of women to take a full and influential role in decisions regarding breast cancer issues; and notes the photo-call of 300 women outside the Houses of Parliament on 31st October 1995.
