leave out from `House' to end and add `congratulates the Conservative, Labour and Ulster Unionist MEPs from the United Kingdom for their support for Turkey's admission to the Customs Union; welcomes the result in favour of Turkey in the European Parliament by 343 votes to only 149 votes against; and looks forward to an ever enhanced relationship between the European Union and the Republic of Turkey.'.
