Conduct Of The Honourable Member For Langbaurgh

That this House notes with concern that it was the honourable Member for Langbaurgh who shouted 'Object', thus blocking the second reading of the Stalking Bill on Friday 10th May; and believes the consequent delay in bringing forward a specific offence of stalking will cause unnecessary misery to thousands who are the victims of stalking.
