That this House is aware that the European Union official databases and information are about to be linked to the Website, a signficant step forward in the public's right to know; is alarmed by suggestions that the majority of the key and important information to be kept upon it is only to be made available on a subscription basis; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to reject such a policy which would be seriously detrimental to United Kingdom citizens' right to access public information.
