Air Flights To Turkish Occupied Cyprus

That this House is concerned that tour operators and airline companies in the United Kingdom are continuing to violate Her Majesty's Government's policy not to allow flights to Turkosh occupied Northern Cyprus, or to permit passengers to be given the impression of direct flights from Britain to the areas; is concerned that passengers travelling from the United Kingdom to an internationally unrecognised final destination may not be aware that they are not covered for insurance purposes under the terms of the Warsaw Convention Treaty; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to warn all tour and airline companies in the United Kingdom that they risk losing their operating permits if they continue to blatantly ignore its policy.
