Ashford Hospital, Middlesex

EDM number 21 in 1996-97, proposed by Alan Keen on 23/10/1996.

That this House deplores the increasing trend by health authorities to concentrate services in larger hospitals, a recent example of which is the decision to close the paediatric and maternity units at Ashford Hospital, Middlesex, which will be greatly inconvenience, and occasionally, even cause increased risk to the lives of local residents and their families.

This motion has been signed by a total of 28 MPs.
