leave out from 'restraint' to end and add 'and consequently calls on the Government to consider legislating to give effect to a formula whereby company directors awarded salary increases in excess of the average annual pay rise for the company's employees should require that their proposed salary increase is endorsed at a shareholder meeting before it can be paid.'.
