That this House welcomes Birmingham City Council's November Education Celebration to recognise achievement in Birmingham schools, including the huge improvement city-wide in key stage 1 and 2 SATS results and the continuing improvement in GCSE results; and notes that the roles played by pupils, parents, staff, the LEA, the voluntary sector and business underlines tha t the whole community needs to be involved to maintain the momentum for continuous improvement and to support children's learning.
