leave out from 'osteopaths;' to end and add 'notes that these are now state-registered professions under the Chiropractors Act 1994 and the Osteopaths Act 1993; but also notes that, despite this, most people cannot obtain these valuable treatments as NHS patients; and believes that those who commission services should realise that these treatments are cost-effective, and that commissioning them would lead to savings for the NHS and would save many patients from unnecessary pain and disability.'.
