That this House congratulates the New Homes Marketing Board on the success of the Green Leaf Award scheme, whereby award-winning house builders are commended for their efforts in ensuring that housing developments has a positive impact through the use of high-quality environmental design and landscaping; and particularly congratulates AMEC Construction, the developer of the scheme at the Staff Residence at Morriston Hospital, Swansea.
