Tax Self-Assessment Deadline

That this House notes with concern that 910,000 taxpayers are facing fines and penalties because of failure to meet the 31st January deadline for submission of self-assessment forms; and urges Her Majesty's Government exceptionally in this unprecedented situation to extend the deadline by one month.
