That this House condemns the reported comments by England Football Coach, Glenn Hoddle, that disabled people are as they are because of their sins in a previous life; consider these comments as grossly offensive and insensitive to all people with disabilities; and calls on Mr Hoddle to withdraw these comments and resign as the England Football Coach.
