leave out from 'care' in line 3 to end and add 'and recognises that the Health Authority has responded to significant medical issues by reorganising acute services in Worcestershire in a rational, sensible and sympathetic manner; and that the Authority has responded to local concern by increasing services at Kidderminster General Hospital so that nine out of 10 people who currently use the hospital will continue to do so; and welcomes the extent to which the original plan for the hospital has been improved as a result.'.
