That this House regrets the decision of Her Majesty's Government to suspend the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive set up under the Good Friday Agreement; and calls for their immediate re-establishment without any preconditions, accompanied by a clear statement by the Government that the powers conferred under the Northern Ireland Act 2000 to suspend them at any time, will not be exercised during the lifetime of this Parliament.
