leave out from 'fairness' to 'time' in line 6, and insert 'welcomes the healthy state of the nation's finances due to the prudent actions taken by the Government over the last four years which has enabled expenditure on public services, particularly the NHS to benefit the elderly, without harming the improvement of other public services.'.
