That this House congratulates Fulham FC on their well deserved promotion to the Premier League; pays tribute to the tactical genius of manager Jean Tigana; thanks Mohammed Al Fayed for his continued support of, and commitment to, our national sport; and only regrets that inspirational former captain, Simon Morgan, is unlikely to play for Fulham in the 2001-2 season.
