leave out from 'March' and insert 'as is their constitutional right, notes that the precedent for this was set some years ago when honourable Members on the Government benches at that time voted to introduce the poll tax in Scotland; and urges all honourable Members from all parts of the UK to vote for a ban on hunting.'.
