leave out from '1967' to end and add 'notes that 6,000 people each week in the United Kingdom contribute to a conception that is later terminated; recognises that those of many ages who are sexually active can choose between the embarrassment of an unintended conception or of discussing, before sexual activity, choice or control.'.
