leave out from 'country' to end and add 'further notes that West Sussex Social Services discontinued the use of a privately run safe house because its location had been compromised and was unable to accommodate boys of any age or any children under 16; praises West Sussex for their considerable investment into secure foster carers in the county who are looking after asylum seeker children very successfully despite Government funding for West Sussex asylum services falling short by ú1.7 million; reminds Labour and Liberal Democrat members of the excellent work done by West Sussex Social Services in clamping down on abductions of Nigerian girls in care as praised in Parliament and the media; and believes they should research their facts properly before criticising this excellent authority'.'
