Public Enquiry Into Claudy Bombing
EDM number 467 in 2002-03, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 08/01/2003.
That this House recognises the fact that the Saville Inquiry into events in Londonderry in January 1972 has been ongoing for several years; and demands that recent revelations by the Police regarding the bombing of the nearby village of Claudy in the same year and the alleged involvement in that atrocity by a now deceased Roman Catholic priest be the subject of a detailed public inquiry.
This motion has been signed by a total of 9 MPs.
