That this House congratulates Antur Teifi, the West Wales enterprise agency on celebrating 25 years of prompting prosperity throughout the region; notes that the agency has grown since 1978 from a ú19,000 per years independent development agency with one full-time member of staff into a ú5m a year enterprise agency, employing over 100 staff; congratulates Lynne Walters, Managing Director, on her and her staff's achievements; acknowledges with thanks the commitment shown by the voluntary management board over the years; pays tribute in particular to Wynfford James for his long service, innovation and stewardship; and agrees wholeheartedly with Antur Teifi's stated aim of ensuring West Wales is an ideal place in which to live and work.
