Line 11, leave out from 'order' to end and add 'welcomes the Government's decision in the 2004 Spending Review to increase BRitish official development assistance from ú4,889 million next year and to ú6.460 million in 2007-08; recognises that conflict catastrophically undermines development; and calls on the Government to commit a significant share of these increased resources to conflict prevention, peace building and poverty eradication.
