Line 1, delete from second 'that' to end and insert 'climate change will have an adverse effect on those living in Hereford and Worcestershire; and urges the Chancellor to ensure that any future increases in fuel duty are ringfenced for the purpose of stimulating the use of more fuel efficient vehicles and thereby assisting in the reduction of CO2 emissions.'
