at end add 'welcomes the launch of the CitizenCard No ID No Sale campaign, a nationwide initiative focusing on raising the awareness of the minimum legal age for the purchase of age-restricted products, such as tobacco, alcohol, solvents and lottery ticket; acknowledges Tobacco Manufacturers' Association survey findings that 96 per cent. of shopkeepers have been approached by people wanting to buy cigarettes who were under the legal age of 16 while 84 per cent. of shopkeepers received abuse when they refused the purchase; notes that United Kingdom tobacco manufacturers' sales forces as well as Trading Standards Institute officers will be distributing No ID No Sale materials and briefings to 100,000 retailers; and wishes the campaign every success in achieving its aims.'.
