That an humble Address be presented to her Majesty, praying that the the Occupational Pensions Schemes (Winding Up and Deficiency on Winding Up etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 (S.I., 2004, No. 403), dated 18th February 2004, a copy of which was laid before this House on 23rd February, be annulled.
