That this House congratulates the organisers of the PhotoStroud Festival of Photography, and in particular Fred Chance and Carlos Ordonez; welcomes the wonderful array of local, national and international talent that has been on display, including that of the renowned Paul Caffell; and celebrates the tremendous artistic abilities of those living in the Stroud Valleys, enhancing the cultural life and the wider region.
