That this House notes that Craft Services Group claims on its website to be committed to providing total customer satisfaction; notes further that this claim is a blatant lie, since Craft Services have failed miserably to provide any kind of satisfaction to a constituent of the right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton and have failed, further, to reply to letters from the right hon. Member on behalf of his constituent over a period of six weeks; and urges potential clients to boycott these mendacious charlatans.
