leave out from `condemns' to end and add `criticism of the Israeli government's policy on Gaza border crossings; notes that Israeli border crossings are open to allow on average 100 trucks of cargo (food, fuel and other supplies) in Gaza each day; further notes that there is also a clear border between Gaza and Egypt, controlled externally by Egypt, who shares responsibility with Israel for making sure humanitarian aid enters Gaza; and asks the Government to use all available diplomatic channels with both Israel and Egypt to ensure Gazans have access to deliveries of humanitarian aid.'.
