European Commission And The UK Deficit

EDM number 1102 in 2009-10, proposed by David Drew on 16/03/2010.
Categorised under the topics of Taxation and European Commission.

That this House believes that the European Commission has no business in commenting on the UK's budget deficit position, and that its current intervention is totally unwarranted, but indicates the nature of the deflationary policies at the heart of the European super state with the disastrous introduction of the euro; and welcomes the fact that the Government has had no truck within the European episode of failed economic and monetary union.

This motion has been signed by a total of 14 MPs.
